INDICATIONS & DOSE:

Indication	Dose
Pityriasis versicolor	200 mg OD for 7 days or as directed by physician.
Tinea corporis, Tinea cruris	100 mg OD for 15 days or 200 mg OD for 7 days or as directed by physician.
Tinea pedis, Tinea manuum	100 mg OD for 30 days or 200 mg BID for 7 days or as directed by physician.
Oral candidiasis	100 mg OD for 14 days or as directed by physician. In AIDS or neutropenic patients, 200 mg OD for 14 days or as directed by physician.
Onychomycosis	200 mg OD for 3 months or as directed by physician.
Systemic Fungal Infections	For invasive or disseminated infections: 100-200 mg OD, increased to 200 mg BID or as directed by physician. For life-threatening infections, loading dose of 200 mg TID for 3 days or as directed by physician.
As prophylaxis in AIDS or neutropenic patients	200 mg OD, increased to 200 mg BID if necessary or as directed by physician.
