Indications:

• Pharyngitis / Tonsilitis
• Sinusitis
• Chronic Bronchitis
• Community Acquired Pneumonia
• Acute Otitis Media

Dose:

Adult:1 Tablet 250 mg BID, increase to 500 mg BID for severe infections if necessary 7-14 days or as directed by physician.

Child:7.5 mg/kg BID for 5-10 days or as directed by physician.
